According to the Indian Ministry of Health, more than 349,000 people across the country were diagnosed with corona on Saturday and 2,060 people died of corona on that day.
For the fourth day in a row, more than 300,000 people in India have been diagnosed with coronary heart disease and the death toll has risen to more than 2,000 for five days in a row.
India is currently in the most vulnerable position compared to the global Corona situation. In the United States, which is in the second position, 83 thousand 206 people were caught on Saturday. More than 50,000 cases have not been identified in any country except the United States.
Besides, the situation in India’s neighboring countries is not so dire. Corona was found in the bodies of 5,060 people in Pakistan on Friday. Meanwhile, corona of 2,696, 2,449 and 969 people were identified in Bangladesh, Nepal and Sri Lanka respectively in the last one day.
Since April 6, more than one lakh corona patients have been found in India daily.
The worst situation in the state is in Maharashtra. On Saturday, more than 6,000 people were infected with the corona and six died.
Meanwhile, the situation in the capital Delhi is also dire. In the last 24 hours, 358 people have died in Corona. Hospitals are overcrowded with patients. Many people are dying in the oxygen crisis. Twenty-five corona patients died at a Delhi hospital yesterday due to lack of oxygen. The ongoing lockdown in the capital could be extended for another week, according to Indian media.
